A wonderful late-season cooking apple that is also great to eat raw!
Medium to large fruit, round-conical, yellow-gold with a slight orange flush and fine russeting.
Pale cream, firm flesh. Cooks to a stiff puree that is sweet and rich. Stores well, softening and sweetening. High in vitamin C.
A vigorous, healthy, heavy-cropping tree.
USES: Dessert, Cooking

ORIGIN: Unknown origin, grown in Europe under various names, and listed in France as a Canadian apple at least as early as 1771

Trees and plants can be delivered to your door (rates will be calculated at checkout based on the number of plants you purchase) or you can pick up for no fee - in which case we will email when ready to pick up and you will have 7 days to do so.
