Shipping policy

We endeavour to get your goods to you as fast as possible.

We pack and send out BOOKS & WALL CHARTS Tuesday and Fridays.

TREES & PLANTS are sent in batches the first week of July, August and September. Orders are taken for these year round. These are thoroughly packaged and delivered by ourselves or by courier, note that plants are not insured by the courier or ourselves during transit.

Pricing is calculated at checkout. We use a weight measure to calculate shipping, this does not necessarily represent to delivered weight of your products. Package volume is often the more costly factor for courier fees, so we pack as many plants as we can into each package.
